About The Position

Aquatech is seeking a full-time Financial Analyst Intern to join our Canonsburg, PA office. This role will support the Finance team in various reporting and analysis tasks, contributing to monthly financial reviews and closings. The internship offers an opportunity to gain valuable skills in the water treatment industry and is a temporary position lasting up to ninety (90) days.

Requirements

• Junior or Senior pursuing a finance degree
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks or projects with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external personnel and maintain a positive attitude and good organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Updating monthly sales bookings and backlog reports
• Updating the monthly subcontractors in process report
• Maintaining overall project margin analysis as updated inputs are received
• Updating monthly capacity utilization analysis
• Maintaining other additional reports in support of monthly financial reviews
• Overall help to Finance function as needed for monthly closings
• Other miscellaneous accounting duties or responsibilities as assigned to support the operations of the department or the company
• Additional Responsibilities as assigned
