The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell. This intern will focus on supporting key Finance and Accounting initiatives that provide exposure to both Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Controllership functions. Through a variety of projects, the intern will assist with tax credit reconciliation activities, tariff allocation analysis and reporting, records retention compliance reviews, SOX testing, and fixed asset management processes. The role offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, internal controls, compliance, data management, and business operations while contributing to projects that support organizational accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
