About The Position
Join Philips as a Finance Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting high-impact business decisions in a global MedTech company focused on improving people’s lives. In this paid, 3-month Summer 2027 internship, you will work onsite at our Plymouth, Minnesota location and gain meaningful exposure to corporate finance, business partnering, analytics, and strategic planning in the fast-growing MedTech industry.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, or a related field
- Curious, analytical, and eager to learn how finance supports business strategy and decision-making
- Passionate about making a difference in patients’ lives and gaining valuable experience in a fast-growing MedTech environment
- Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and experience using Excel and PowerPoint
- Interested in using AI, automation, and data tools to improve analysis, reporting, and decision-making
- Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic finance projects connected to the Annual Operating Plan and key business priorities
- Analyze revenue, profitability, spending, and business performance trends to identify actionable insights
- Partner with finance mentors and business stakeholders to develop decision-support materials and recommendations
- Use Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, analysis, and process efficiency
