Qualified candidates must be enrolled at an accredited college or university for Fall term 2027. Internships will run from mid-May to early August. These are in-office internships at our West Des Moines located at 7700 Mills Civic Parkway. Interviews and hiring decisions expect to be completed prior to mid-November, with some being completed as early as late September.

Requirements

Entering Junior (3rd) year in the Fall of 2027
Proficient communication and organizational skills
Exhibits strong time management skills and a commitment to professional integrity
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to accomplishing tasks
Well-rounded and self-starter
Readiness to learn and adapt to new environments
Interested in pursuing a career in Finance or Accounting
Significant experience using Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Students are expected to work independently and will be responsible for ownership of their portion of a project or task once they have been properly trained
Students are encouraged to add value and provide recommendations for improvements to processes and systems by applying their experience and knowledge
Students will maintain a log evaluating each project assigned and prepare an evaluation of the experience in order to improve the quality of future projects
