Key Position Responsibilities · Learn and assist with month-end reporting processes and data validation to support Management Reporting · Support the F2 Forecast process · Assist in the analysis and interpretation of financial metrics · Participate actively in team meetings · Prepare and analyze special projects as assigned · Lead a process improvement project, gaining experience in project management, communication, and financial analysis Requirements · Junior or Senior working toward a Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field · Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook · Basic understanding of financial statements · Prior experience in an office environment is a plus Competencies · Resourcefulness · Team Player · Organized · Analytical Skills · Communication · Detail Oriented · Energy · Passion · Integrity Compensation & Benefits · Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour (non-exempt, hourly position). · Benefits : This position is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.
