About The Position

This role supports the Finance team in a fast-paced, strategic environment and helps drive business decisions through financial analysis, modeling, and reporting. The position works closely with teams across Commercial, Operations, and Digital to align financial assumptions with operational realities. The role also supports monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis, contributing to the development of financial targets and performance tracking. It is designed for an upcoming junior, senior, or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Requirements

• Upcoming junior, senior, or recent graduate with a strong academic record pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent reasoning and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, strategic environment
• Able to multi-task and distinguish high-priority matters

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial analysis and ad-hoc reports to identify key insights and trends that will help drive business decisions.
• Help build and maintain financial models to evaluate different business scenarios, investments, or cost-saving initiatives.
• Work closely with various departments (Commercial, Operations, Digital, etc.) to collect data and align financial assumptions with operational realities.
• Support the preparation and help advance development of monthly financial reports to track performance against budget and forecast.
• Collaborate with team members to assist in the creation and maintenance of forecasts, analyzing trends and variances and participate in department-level forecast meetings with key business leaders.
