As an F&I Manager, you will work closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless purchasing experience while presenting financing options and protection products that support our customers long after they drive off the lot. Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive finance, insurance, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- A track record of success in sales and achieving performance targets.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to automotive financing and insurance.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Financing Options: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and present tailored financing plans.
- Credit Management: Analyze credit applications and liaise with a network of lenders to secure competitive financing solutions.
- Sales of Add-Ons: Offer valuable products like extended warranties, insurance, and protection packages to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Transaction Completion: Oversee the preparation and execution of all financing and insurance-related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer Relationships: Deliver exceptional service, fostering trust and loyalty to maintain high customer satisfaction index scores.
- Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
