JOHN'S CHRYSLER IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A FINANCE & INSURANCE MANAGER TO JOIN THE TEAM. We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the customer experience and play a meaningful role in the sales process. In this position, you’ll support customers through one of the biggest purchases they’ll make, helping them understand their financing options and making the process clear and straightforward. At Steele St. John's Chrysler, the focus is on building long-term relationships, not just closing deals. As the Finance & Insurance Manager, you’ll work closely with both customers and the sales team to ensure every transaction is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism.

Requirements

Previous experience in automotive sales or finance (F&I experience is an asset)
A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills
Comfort reviewing credit and explaining financing options to customers
Understanding of different lending types including prime and subprime
A motivated, detail-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Work with lenders to secure financing solutions that align with each customer’s situation
Complete lease and finance paperwork accurately and efficiently
Present warranty, insurance, and protection options in a clear and informative way
Support the sales team by keeping them informed on financing programs and options
Ensure all documentation is complete, compliant, and well organized
