About The Position

This role is for an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager in the automotive or RV industry. The ideal candidate will be a proven F&I professional who excels at closing deals, building trust, and maximizing back-end gross profit. Requirements

• 2+ years of F&I experience in an automotive, RV, or powersports dealership
• Strong knowledge of financing processes, lender guidelines, and DMS software
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Proven track record of exceeding F&I performance benchmarks
• Integrity, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Present and sell finance, insurance, and protection products to every customer
• Structure deals for maximum profitability and customer satisfaction
• Maintain strong lender relationships and ensure fast approvals
• Ensure compliance with federal, provincial and dealership regulations
• Work closely with the sales team to improve deal flow and F&I penetration
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain strong CSI scores
