Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of program or project management experience supporting enterprise initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience building business solutions and administering business applications or collaboration platforms.
  • Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), testing coordination, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Experience leading or supporting change management and enterprise solution rollouts.
  • Experience performing data validation, reporting, dashboard development, and business analytics.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft AI tools, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar low-code platforms.
  • Understanding of general engineering principles and experience working alongside software engineering teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communications.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives while operating independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Frontier Finance Gallery submission, review, approval, and publication process.
  • Build reporting and dashboards that measure solution adoption, engagement, and program effectiveness.
  • Support user acceptance testing, requirements gathering, requirements traceability, and platform validation activities.
  • Coordinate change management efforts, including communications, training materials, documentation, and user enablement.
  • Partner with engineering teams to document feedback, prioritize enhancements, and improve platform usability.
  • Execute and validate SharePoint-to-web application data migration activities while ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with finance leaders, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver innovation initiatives.
  • Create lightweight AI and Power Platform prototypes that demonstrate new capabilities and accelerate business innovation.
  • Participate in project planning, stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional coordination across multiple workstreams.
  • Help drive successful rollout and adoption of the Frontier Finance Hub across the organization.
