About The Position

As a Finance Function Strategy Consulting - Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy. You will analyze client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their financial performance and achieve their goals. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on helping clients enhance their finance function and organizational structure by analyzing current finance operating models, identifying gaps, and designing solutions to improve processes and roles. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and recognizing when to take action. Your role involves crafting clear, impactful messages and directing teams through challenging situations. You will deepen your skills, initiate open coaching conversations, and make decisions to resolve issues affecting team effectiveness. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 7 years of experience
