Requirements

  • 10+ years of FP&A or finance experience (healthcare or multi-site preferred)
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
  • Strong communication skills with experience in presenting to executives
  • Experience supporting strategic initiatives (productivity, NOI, service line performance)
  • Familiarity with tools like Vizient ODB and operational metrics (CMI, LOS, labor, supply)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
  • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
  • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
  • Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
  • Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
  • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
  • Rare climbing.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements processes and programs within the Finance department.
  • Develops, evaluates, and implements programs regarding Finance.
  • Creates the processes necessary to implement the programs developed.
  • Develops procedures manuals as needed.
  • Formulates recommendations to support the program.
  • Oversees necessary audit activity to support the program.
  • Trains Finance personnel on the program.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
