As a Finance Director, Clean Air, you will help drive our goals by: Owning regional financial performance for the Americas, including P&L and balance sheet accountability, forecasting, and delivery of earnings, cash, and working capital targets. Leading finance business partnering across Operations and Commercial, driving performance against productivity, cost, margin, and mix targets through clear operating rhythms and accountability. Acting as a key finance advisor to the Managing Director and leadership team, providing challenge and insight on strategic decisions including pricing, footprint, investments, and restructuring. Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, including scenario planning, risk management, and performance tracking across the region. Leading and developing the Americas finance team, building capability across FP&A, controllership, and plant finance, and strengthening financial processes and governance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) or MBA preferred.
  • Proven regional or segment finance leadership experience with accountability for sizeable P&Ls, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and value creation.
  • Strong experience in balance sheet ownership, statutory compliance, audit processes, and financial controls across multiple entities or countries.
  • Advanced analytical and commercial capability, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insight, scenarios, and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic and stakeholder management skills, with experience operating in complex matrix environments and driving decisions across finance and business leadership teams.
