The Finance Data & Insights Analyst serves as a bridge between Finance, business functions, and Information Technology by transforming financial and operational data into reliable insights, scalable reporting, and improved decision-support tools. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Informatics, Management Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business intelligence, data analytics, financial systems, or a related area is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience translating business requirements into reports, dashboards, data models, or process improvements is preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site business environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive financial insights and decision-making by analyzing key metrics such as profitability, costs, cash flow, working capital, and operational performance, while identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting and analytics tools, including dashboards, scorecards, reports, and models that provide accurate, actionable information to finance leaders and business partners.
  • Support planning and forecasting activities by partnering with stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, scenario analysis, and performance reviews.
  • Improve finance processes through technology and automation, translating business requirements into system solutions, implementing reporting enhancements, and leveraging analytics, AI, and business intelligence tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance by validating financial data accuracy, supporting reporting standards and documentation, maintaining compliance requirements, and providing user training and support.
