About The Position

At PwC, our people in finance consulting specialise in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy. These individuals analyse client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their financial performance, improve decision-making, and achieve their financial goals. In enterprise performance management at PwC, you will focus on helping clients improve their financial performance and decision-making processes. You will analyse financial data, develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), and design and implement performance management frameworks. You will be responsible for providing guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to drive operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives. Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Operations Management/Research, Engineering, Business Analytics, or Information Technology
  • At least 4 years of Advisory client-facing consulting experience

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
  • Possessing experience having served in a Data Science, Data Analytics, CFO or Finance and Accounting Consulting role
  • Demonstrating proficiency in data analytics and machine learning
  • Executing finance process analytics for performance improvement
  • Owning delivery of analytics and AI solutions
  • Designing data and analytics toolsets including SQL and Python
  • Applying predictive analytics to finance use cases
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for quality outcomes
  • Developing executive-level deliverables and implementation roadmaps
  • Contributing to reusable documentation and delivery assets
