About The Position

This position is responsible for leading the analysis, validation, and delivery of Medicare employer and broker reporting. This role serves as a subject-matter expert for Medicare reporting data, platforms, and business rules, ensuring high-quality, client-ready reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
3+ years of work experience beyond degree
Experience coding with SQL
Excel

Responsibilities

Lead the development, maintenance, and delivery of Medicare reporting for employers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
Own complex recurring and ad hoc Medicare reports and data feeds, including high-cost claimant, utilization, financial, medical and pharmacy reports.
Perform complex analysis of healthcare data, including medical, pharmacy, eligibility, provider, and financial information.
Serve as a subject-matter expert for Medicare reporting platforms (e.g., enrollment & claims systems and dashboards).
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness through robust validation, reconciliation, and quality controls.
Investigate and resolve complex data issues impacting client deliverables or financial reporting.
Partner with business, IT, and vendor teams to design, enhance, and modernize Medicare reporting solutions.
Lead process improvements and automation efforts to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Develop and maintain documentation for report logic, data definitions, assumptions, and dependencies.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to other analysts, setting standards for quality and best practices.
Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
