About The Position

The Finance Coordinator is responsible for managing and/or coordinating project and financial management efforts within assigned departments and providing fiscal and project support to leadership teams. The role applies financial management principles to record keeping and reconciliation, financial analysis, budgeting, subcontract payments and invoicing, and other fiscal and retail operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least four years of related experience in customer service, budget maintenance, expenditure control, and fiscal analysis.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of or experience in healthcare or academic administration.
• Prior budget/financial and research grants and contracts experience, including preparing for audits, reconciling accounts, and tracking payroll.

Responsibilities

• Manage and/or coordinate work efforts for projects and financial management within assigned departments.
• Provide fiscal and project support to leadership teams.
• Perform record keeping and reconciliation.
• Conduct financial analysis and budgeting.
• Manage subcontract payments and invoicing.
• Support other fiscal and retail operations.
