About The Position

In this role, you will help Skyguide complete the transformation of its Finance department by supporting teams in working efficiently within a new environment and continuously fine-tuning processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Master degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Accounting
  • Experience in Management consulting or Change management
  • Proven record working on Finance transformation and continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean, six sigma etc.
  • Good knowledge of support function processes
  • Building relationships: You express gratitude and appreciation, respect personal boundaries, and invest time in genuinely caring for others and maintaining your network
  • Communication: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listening
  • English fluent

  • French or German as a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collect feedback to identify issues and improvement opportunities in the processes, document them and find solutions
  • Communicate changes and organize training sessions to make sure people know what they are supposed to do and how
  • Designs and maintains Finance performance KPI's and dashboards
  • Identify of change impacts from IT enhancements and work with Finance Solution expert in the Methods and Tools team to communicate and train people on what they are supposed to do and how
  • Organize a recurrent governance to make sure new ideas are generated and monitor delivery progress
  • Coaches team members on customer centric communication
  • Organizes change communication and events within the Finance team
