About The Position

Sentara Health is looking to hire a Remote Finance Consultant, Physician Compensation. This position supports analysis of monthly compensation model administration and accruals, budget assistance, benchmarking and modeling, fair market value & survey reporting, quality performance incentive administration, as well as special projects. The ideal candidate will possess organization, excellent customer service skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, flexibility, detail orientation, independence, reliability, self-driven, intrinsically motivated, and a questioning attitude.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years of experience in accounting/finance required.

• Preferred field of study in accounting, finance or closely related discipline.
