About The Position

Join the West Palm Beach Engine Center Finance team as a Co-Op and immerse yourself in a dynamic, fast-paced environment at one of the fastest-growing aftermarket sites specializing in PW1100G GTF engine overhauls. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact by contributing to the development, management, and reporting of WPBEC financials, directly influencing business results through cross-functional collaboration and teamwork. You will work on meaningful projects that challenge your skills and expand your knowledge, all while gaining valuable Finance and Accounting insight into the aerospace industry and our company's operations. Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run June- December (including the Fall semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).

Requirements

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

Participate in month-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
Collaborate on process improvements and financial model enhancements.
Perform analysis and reporting of overhaul costs, engineering charges, and headcount.
Support auditing activities and ensure financial compliance.
Track capital projects and manage asset translations.
Provide analysis for special requests from leadership.
