As a Finance Co-op on our Shared Services team, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the financial operations that help our portfolio companies thrive. From accounts payable and receivable to reconciliations, expense management, and month-end support, you’ll play a meaningful role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a business program or have a recent diploma or bachelor's degree with a focus on accounting and finance
  • Ability to learn new software platforms

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, approvals, and payment runs (AP)
  • Assist with invoicing, collections, and reconciliations (AR)
  • Perform regular reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards
  • Support expense processes (credit cards, Expensify, Yooz, and Sage Intacct), ensuring expenses are accurately recorded and documented
  • Communicate with portfolio companies on expense submissions
  • Assist with close activities, including reconciliations and reporting, while gaining exposure to core accounting processes
  • Maintain organized financial records
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Provide ad hoc support as needed
