About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Finance Co-op Student to join our team and gain hands-on experience in corporate finance operations. This role provides exposure to ERP systems and opportunities to develop analytical, reporting, and process improvement skills.
Requirements
- 3rd or 4th year student in Business, accounting, finance.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong MS Office skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing and portal uploads.
- Support vendor invoice reviews and payment processing.
- Prepare tax-related documentation and assist with compliance activities.
- Contribute to internal controls and process documentation.
- Help with financial reporting, reconciliations, and data clean-up in ERP systems.
- Participate in ad hoc projects related to finance process improvements, data analysis, and reporting initiatives.
