About The Position

The Finance clerk will be assigned a project-focused opportunity in the Accounts Receivables division of McKesson Canada. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and growing industry, providing networking, structured performance, and coaching activities. The role involves regular maintenance of client files in McKesson Canada's operational systems, supporting business partners and colleagues in daily operations, participating in continuous improvement activities, applying best practices, and following up on various departmental requests. The incumbent will also actively participate in stimulating and rewarding projects.

Requirements

  • Excellent sense of organization, initiative, and judgment
  • Strong organizational / planning skills
  • Autonomous
  • Detail-oriented
  • Open to learning new things
  • Good communication skills; ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders; communicate and interact in a team
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Bilingual (French and English), proficient in spoken and written English for supporting clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Ensure regular maintenance of client files in McKesson Canada's operational system(s)
  • Support business partners and colleagues in daily operations
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and apply best practices
  • Follow up on the various requests from his department
  • Actively participate in stimulating and rewarding projects!
