About The Position
ProBio, a subsidiary of GenScript, is a global CDMO offering end-to-end services from discovery to GMP for plasmids, antibodies, and cell & gene therapies. We bring together multidisciplinary expertise to accelerate development and manufacturing through customized, and comprehensive services. ProBio has established companies in the United States, the Netherlands, South Korea, and China (Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Nanjing) and other regions to serve global customers, and has helped customers in the United States, Europe, Asia Pacific and other regions obtain more than 150 IND approvals since October 2017. The US Site FBP serves as the finance business partner to the US site leader and operations team, driving cost management, financial planning, analysis, and decision support. This role is the key bridge between business and Finance team in a cross-cultural, fast-paced CDMO environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 7+ years of relevant finance experience; manufacturing / biotech / CDMO / audit firm experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards.
- Hands-on SAP experience
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and thrive in a cross-cultural environment.

Responsibilities
- Partner with US site leader and operations team; provide financial insights and decision support for site operations, new projects, and customer engagements.
- Own US site cost accounting and analysis; identify cost drivers, monitor variances, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for the US site; track actual vs. budget and explain variances to leadership.
- Ensure site accounting complies with policies; support month-end close and internal/external audits.
- Continuously improve finance processes and data quality.
- Liaise with headquarter finance teams to ensure alignment on standards and execution.
