Argenta is currently looking to fill the role of Finance Business Partner, Argenta Shawnee.

Requirements

  • Greater than 5 years’ experience in a finance/accounting role with progressively more responsibility
  • Demonstrates high quality leadership and management skills
  • Experience motivating high performing and engaged teams
  • Commercially astute with excellent communication skills and acumen
  • Highly collaborative with an ability to engage and influence at senior levels
  • Experience of group consolidation within a global organization
  • Financial Reporting with strong affinity for technical accounting standards
  • Understanding of tax obligations within US environment
  • Relationship management: uses appropriate interpersonal styles and influencing techniques to gain acceptance of ideas or plans; adapts communication style to maximize business impact and move communication toward agreed-upon actions
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • Take a proactive approach to your work
  • Solutions focused and problem-solving skills that follow through to completion
  • Creative problem solving and strategic thinking

Responsibilities

  • Functional Leadership of the US CMO Financial Planning & Analysis process
  • Produce the monthly management accounts, variance analysis and commentaries for your dedicated Business Units
  • Monitor internal cost modelling for Business Unit operational performance through providing variance analysis and recommendations for costing updates
  • Be the trusted and respected “go to” person for the responsible Business Units in relation to all non- transactional Finance queries
  • Manage FP&A for US based business units, including annual budgeting.
  • Partner with general managers of the US CMO business.
  • Complete assignments or projects as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer
  • The key accountabilities of the role may change from time to time to enable Argenta to adapt to changes in the business environment
