Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support. Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management. Assist with annual and quarterly forecasting. Performs other duties as assigned. The Senior Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in managing, analyzing, and forecasting administrative expenses while owning cost allocation methodologies across the enterprise. This role partners closely with Corporate Functions leaders to drive financial discipline, cost transparency, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and continuously improve financial processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
  • 7 years of work experience beyond degree in progressively more responsible finance roles

Responsibilities

  • Support corporate-wide strategic and operational initiatives on an ad hoc basis, providing financial analysis, modeling, and decision support.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and management decision support.
  • Provide clear, actionable insights on cost drivers, trends, and risks; proactively identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Analyze allocation impacts and clearly communicate results to stakeholders, addressing questions and driving understanding.
  • Continuously improve forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and processes through automation and standardization.
