The FP&A function at Andela is being built from the ground up, and this Manager role is one of its foundational hires. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, you will be the operational core of the finance team, owning the day-to-day planning, storytelling, and insights generation. This role is for you if you have a strong ownership mentality, growth mindset, and take pride in operational excellence. You enjoy running reliable planning cycles that inform decision making, maintaining models that earn business trust, hold a high bar for accuracy, and producing storytelling that surfaces the right insights at the right time. You will be a key partner to G&A functional leaders. As a member of the Finance team, you’ll serve as a role model for the rest of the company.
