In this role you will: Support the Finance Business Operations team within the Space Protection Program portfolio. Responsible for driving successful business outcomes for a major program by integrating data from various functions, including program finance, master planning, estimating, contracts, engineering (IPTs), supply chain, and others. Manages external relationships related to earned value management (PPMD-01), program budget baselines, and performance reporting, including estimates at completion. Identifies and assesses issues, risks, and opportunities that may impact the business portfolio and program performance, collaborating with program management to develop appropriate action plans. Acts as a primary liaison and partner with external customers and internal stakeholders. Assists with new business development efforts by supporting the creation of feasible and competitive proposals. Additionally, supervises a team of finance professionals, overseeing recruitment, talent development, performance evaluations, work assignments, compensation, and recognition or disciplinary actions.

Requirements

Leadership abilities
Experience in program financial management or Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies/ PPMD-01 deliverables or financial analysis or anything else
Proven ability to perform effectively in complex and dynamic environments.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with program stakeholders.
Eligible to obtain required security clearances.
Current TS/SCI w/Polygraph
Experienced in collaborating across all business functions, including contracts, estimating, planning, and subcontract management.
Experienced leader
Leadership capabilities with experience in program financial management, Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies and PPMD-01 deliverables
8+ years of related finance experience
