About The Position

Lyft is seeking a high-impact Finance BizOps leader to drive disciplined execution of organic and inorganic initiatives, including M&A integration, strategic programs (AVs, Luxury), and new product initiatives (NPIs). This strategy-to-execution role requires strong judgment, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous, high-stakes environments. The role will own finance integration execution, NPI financial readiness, and the governance layer connecting Finance to strategic initiatives. It serves as the operating backbone for Finance, ensuring seamless acquisitions, clean new product launches, and rigorous prioritization of Finance work. As Lyft scales, the volume and complexity of strategic initiatives increase, necessitating a centralized operating model for disciplined execution, effective Finance embedding, and scalable operations without accumulating debt.

  • Direct experience in M&A integration, large-scale program management, or product launches
  • Strong understanding of Finance functions (Accounting, FP&A, Treasury) and financial workflows (QTC, rev rec, billing)
  • BS in Accounting/Finance preferred
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity across senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record of driving execution across cross-functional teams, across Finance, Business, and Technical teams
  • Strong systems thinking—understanding how processes, systems, and people connect
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence

  • Support end-to-end Finance integration for global acquisitions, from strategy during diligence to post-close integration.
  • Partner with Corp Dev IMO, Product, and Finance leadership to understand integration plans, identify impacts, define strategy, and build integrated roadmaps.
  • Stand up governance, reporting, and escalation frameworks, and lead leadership readouts on integration status.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, etc., managing dependencies with IT/Systems, HR, and Legal.
  • Implement and manage synergy tracking and value realization mechanisms.
  • Codify repeatable finance integration playbooks to improve speed, quality, and predictability.
  • Act as the control tower across concurrent initiatives, ensuring appropriate resourcing and sequencing.
