About The Position

This role involves partnering across teams to drive business analytics and support Business Management activities aligned with the CFO for the CCB Operations/Real Estate/Staff Functions Finance team. The position requires translating business demands into technical requirements, collaborating with the analytics team, and creating executive presentations for business leaders. The Senior Associate will also serve as a product owner for Business Intelligence tools supporting Total CCB Workforce, CCB Operations, and CCB Real Estate, and will drive and manage the book of work for new Business Intelligence tool builds. The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while remaining responsive to ad-hoc requests, is crucial.

Requirements

• Strong problem solver with excellent analytical, critical thinking, communication, organizational, and technical skills
• 3+ years of experience at a financial institution or consulting firm in one or a combination of the following areas: corporate finance, treasury, data analytics, or quantitative modeling
• Able to communicate effectively with a variety of technical peers including data and business intelligence development team
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, or other related field

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in CCB-wide Essbase data and Workforce Data Product
• Proficiency with SQL in Databricks
• Proficiency in PitchPro creating execute presentations focused on storytelling, driving insights
• Intermediate knowledge in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Sigma)
• Preference to those with experience dealing with large scale data projects

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining responsiveness to ad-hoc requests
