About The Position
The Finance Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, and providing insights to help organizations make informed business decisions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (CFA preferred).
- 3–5 years in a similar role, with a strong focus on financial analysis and business strategy.
- Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Hyperion, SmartView).
- Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret complex financial data to support business decision-making.
- Study and provide creative alternatives to reduce costs & overhead.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement scalable solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business opportunities for top & bottom-line improvements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and financial performance.
- Create detailed financial models to assess business opportunities, risks, and ROI.
