About The Position

Triunity is seeking a Finance Business Analyst with a Capital Market focus. This role involves requirement analysis, documentation, and data analysis. The Business Analyst will engage with application teams moving to the Aperture platform, understand their analytical use-cases and business goals, and confirm product fit. Responsibilities include facilitating information gathering sessions, documenting requirements, business use cases, feasibility analysis, and cross-functional diagrams. The analyst will partner with platform engineering teams to ensure technical capabilities and data requirements are understood, identify dependencies and integration points, and work with senior stakeholders to validate requirements and analysis. Data analysis involves analyzing incoming datasets, developing requirements for sourcing solutions, provisioning, and transformations, deciphering compliance and information security guidelines, and identifying data accuracy requirements and remediation plans.

Requirements

Strong business domain understanding of Financial Services/ Capital Markets
Excellent data analysis skills
Solid background dealing with complex software products (preferably cloud/ data analytics focused)
Ability to work independently, apply critical and strategic thinking to issues, and manage deadlines while multi-tasking amongst different priorities.
5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projects
Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile
Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation
Data analysis expertise (e.g., using SQL, Tableau, or Python)

Responsibilities

Engage and partner with QTS application teams moving onto the Aperture platform to understand their analytical use-cases/ business goals and confirm product fit
Facilitate information gathering sessions including leading discussions, managing group dynamics, and maintaining group focus, to work towards accomplishing the stated goal(s) of the session within the context of the project objectives
Gather and document requirements, along with business use cases, feasibility analysis and cross functional diagrams as needed
Partner with the platform engineering teams to ensure technical capabilities and data requirements are well understood, identify dependencies and integration points
Work with senior stakeholders to validate their requirements and analysis via techniques such as reviews and walkthroughs and ensure system specifications meet the business stakeholders’ expectations/requirements, and negotiate solutions when appropriate
Analyze incoming data sets and develop detailed requirements around sourcing solutions, identify provisioning requirements, data transformations etc.
Decipher compliance, information security guidelines and apply them in the context of the datasets/ business requirements.
Identify data accuracy requirements, solution options and remediation plans in case of a breach
