About The Position

The Finance Associate provides timely input in the database system of payments, registrations, attendance adjustments, ELC and Family Central attendance and reimbursement packets. In addition, this position performs the following duties: Essential Functions: Enters payments, registrations, financial aid information, and program changes in the database system. Enters adjustments according to the attendance on a weekly basis and update the ELC web attendance page. Prepares the monthly packages for ELC and Family Central. Reports to the Finance Team Manager any discrepancies or irregularities. Research data and answers customer questions regarding payments. Ensures that Youth Development accounts receivable is under 3% of total income at the end of each month. Reports, collects, and enters any and all NSF’s. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft applications and Daxko system preferred.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to relate to individuals at all levels.
  • Excellent customer services skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Bilingual, English and Spanish, a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
