As a Finance Associate within PNC's Retail Finance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Prepares timely, transparent, and succinct financial reports to enable informed decision-making by stakeholders. Produces timely and precise revenue, expense, and staffing forecasts. May develop strategic insights from data to enhance budget and forecast accuracy. Contributes to annual budget cycle and continuous monthly forecasting. Contributes to development of long term strategic plans. Prepares key financial forecasts, metric-driven performance dashboards, and strategic business insights for business leaders and executives. Performs on-demand analysis and generates custom reports to address specific business needs. Collaborates with the business on implementation and compliance of new accounting and regulatory standards. Facilitates audit, regulatory, and investor requests by providing timely and accurate information. Promptly identifies and addresses control matters; maintains sound control processes. Requirements

University / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Responsibilities

Provide Expense Management Support for several line of business segments: Monthly Reporting, Monthly Expense monitoring, Monthly Headcount monitoring, Invoice Tracking, Budgeting/Forecasting, Journal Entries
Consolidating Reporting: Complete / Distribute consolidated reporting for broader team on a weekly / monthly basis
Managing information flow / deliverables to: Retail Finance, Internal Line of Business Partners.
