Requirements
- 4 - 5 years of finance background
- Substantial experience in representing lenders
- Substantial experience in drafting and negotiating syndicated and bilateral credit agreements and related documents, including legal opinions, for all asset classes
- Diligent, proactive, supportive and team oriented
- Strong academic background
- Superior drafting skills
- Knowledge of secured lending transactions
- Willing to take on significant responsibility for deal management and client interaction
- Admitted to the New York Bar
