About The Position

The Finance Associate (AP/AR)-I position includes a mix of tasks within Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). This position will be able to adapt to change, follow established processes, give input into process updates where applicable with a Team approach, and must be dependable. This position will require knowledge of all programs within CADT, the systems used to complete financial tasks, and communicate effectively with internal/external partners.

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting.
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks and promote a sense of urgency when needed.
  • Must be able to complete tasks with 100% accuracy.
  • Must be able to manage large volumes of work, handle deadlines and maintain high level of productivity.
  • Must work well in a changing environment, always looking for ways to improve processes to ensure tasks are handled effectively and efficiently.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain professional verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred a 2 or 4 year accounting degree.
