Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of finance experience at a top-tier law firm
  • Collaborative team player with strong initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrable client relationship skills.
  • Member of the State Bar of California.

Responsibilities

  • Representing private equity sponsors, private companies, and other borrowers in secured transactions, particularly in connection with acquisition financings and refinancings.
  • Communicating complex matters clearly and concisely in oral and written form.
  • Growing professionally and actively contributing to firm and practice initiatives.
  • Identifying pro bono organizations and matters to work with.
