The Finance & Sales Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving dealership profitability, customer satisfaction, and team success. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong automotive sales, F&I, and dealership management experience.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager, Finance Manager, or similar dealership leadership role.
Strong knowledge of automotive sales, finance, insurance, and dealership operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive results, and develop employees.
Proficient in structuring deals for maximum profitability while maintaining compliance.
Knowledge of title laws, registration requirements, and lender guidelines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance metrics and implement improvements.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Self-motivated with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
Monitor daily sales activities, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction scores.
Ensure all vehicle transactions are structured for maximum profitability while maintaining transparency and compliance.
Provide recommendations and assistance to customers regarding financing options and vehicle protection products.
Present and sell finance, warranty, service contract, GAP, and ancillary products to enhance the ownership experience.
Accurately desk deals, submit applications to lenders, secure approvals, and close transactions.
Partner with lenders to secure competitive financing options for customers.
Review, approve, and audit sales and finance deals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations, dealership policies, and lender requirements.
Monitor inventory and work closely with dealership leadership to maximize sales opportunities.
Train and mentor sales consultants on product knowledge, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
Analyze sales, gross profit, finance penetration, and departmental performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Guarantee the timely funding of all contracts and maintain strong lender relationships.
Resolve customer concerns professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain all required certifications and stay current on industry trends, manufacturer programs, and finance regulations.
