AttoTude is seeking a Finance and Operations Manager to play a critical role in building and scaling the company’s financial and operational infrastructure. This is a hands-on, high-impact position responsible for core finance execution as well as broader business operations spanning facilities, HR, logistics, and legal coordination.

The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and strategic—someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while also designing systems and processes that support rapid growth. This role will work closely with company leadership and external partners and will be a key point of contact for financial reporting to investors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in finance, operations, consulting, or a related role
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interacting with investors and senior stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities

• MBAstrongly desired
• Experience building or improving operational systems is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Own accounts payable, including processing and paying vendor invoices accurately and on time as well as managing and improving the systems and processes used for bill payments
• Manage employee expense reimbursements and related systems, process and policies
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
• Prepare and provide financial information, reports, and analyses for investors and management
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow tracking in coordination with leadership and external accountants
• Design and implement scalable systems and processes across finance and operations
• Support facilities operations, including office management and vendor coordination
• Assist with HR operations such as onboarding/offboarding coordination
• Support logistics and procurement
• Interface with legal counsel on contracts, NDAs, corporate governance, and compliance processes
• Establish operational best practices that enable AttoTude to scale efficiently through rapid growth
