Brianza USA Corporation was founded in Elkhart by Brianza Plastica Group in January 2014 to establish and strengthen its presence within the US RV industry, managing orders of any size. Brianza Plastica has recently invested in expanding Elkhart's staff, in order to effectively service the US market with even more attention and flexibility. This commitment to expanding its staff increases the ability of assisting the customer proactively both in an overall customer experience and product needs unique to the US RV industry. For over 60 years, Brianza Plastica has been a leading provider in Europe in the production of fiberglass laminates in sheets and rolls. Brianza Plastica has five production facilities in Italy, with both continuous hot-laminating and discontinuous cold-laminating procedures, to meet the different needs of customers in a fast growing and increasingly demanding market.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Accounting, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 5+ years of accounting and financial experience or office management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles with a strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable systems and processes.
  • High attention to detail, dependable, proactive, with strong organization, prioritization, and analytical skills, with an ability to multi-task and coordinate activities with accuracy and efficiency to meet deadlines.
  • Strong math skills required.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience with QuickBooks Enterprise 2024.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed to communicate with all levels inside and outside the organization.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; self-starter with high initiative, able to work independently and make an impact for the business.
  • Collaborative, with an excellent ability to ask solid questions and support process improvement activities.
  • Likes to work independently and with a thoughtful, caring team; enjoys collaborating with others; can listen to others, learn quickly, and be independent to get the job done, yet flexible to adjust as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, customer collections, and bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of financial records.
  • Oversee inventory accounting activities, landed cost allocation (including inbound freight and customs duties), inventory valuation, to ensure accurate financial and operational recordkeeping.
  • Manage office administrative operations, coordinate financial and operational communication with the Italian headquarters to ensure timely and efficient information flow.
  • Support month-end closing, and cost control activities to assist management decision-making and cash flow monitoring.
  • Support the local CPA with statutory, tax and compliance requirements.
