About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Finance and Insurance Manager to join the team at Kendall Toyota of Eugene. This role operates in a fast-paced sales department serving clients throughout the community. The position involves arranging financing for clientele, selling insurance and vehicle accessories, accurately completing all associated paperwork, maintaining records, developing and nurturing relationships with approved financial institutions, and ensuring contract funding or collection of payments related to vehicle sales. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, possess excellent customer service and communication skills, maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality, and prioritize treating clients with utmost respect. The work environment is indoors, primarily involving PC use and telephone systems. Occasional carrying and lifting of up to 20lbs may be required. Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive finance
• Valid driver license
• Good driving record
