Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or GED required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Prior automotive or F&I experience preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive menu-selling process to maximize profitability and product penetration
Track portfolio performance with lenders
Review daily paperwork flow to ensure timely and accurate deal processing
Support the sales team in achieving department goals
Uphold professional ethics, standards, and excellent customer service
Collaborate with the sales team to enforce proper selling methods
Set and maintain the finance department schedule
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team
