Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive dealership Finance and Insurance (F&I) producer.
- Proven track record of successful financial product sales.
- Strong history of achieving positive customer satisfaction results.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Successfully complete MVR check, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
Nice To Haves
- Finance and Insurance management training is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Sell financing and insurance products to customers using the menu selling process.
- Review and process customer credit applications accurately.
- Offer extended service contracts and owner protection programs.
- Assess the profitability of financing arrangements for the dealership.
- Ensure completion of all necessary deal documentation using checklists.
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with financial service regulations and company safeguard programs.
- Oversee submission and completion of financing documents.
- Serve as the liaison between customers and lending institutions.
- Reinforce company policies and promote adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Attend weekly management meetings and maintain effective employee relations.
- Promote a positive employee and customer experience index (ESI).
