About The Position

Jerry Seiner Dealerships is seeking a high-performing Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team at Jerry Seiner Valencia Subaru. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced F&I professional or top-performing automotive sales leader ready to step into a high-impact leadership role. As the F&I Manager, you will oversee vehicle financing, present and sell F&I products, ensure compliance with finance regulations, and deliver a transparent, customer-focused purchasing experience.

Requirements

3-5 years automotive finance experience
Experience with dealership management systems and finance software
Valid California driver's license and insurability

Nice To Haves

Previous F&I Manager experience strongly preferred
Automotive sales leadership experience will also be considered
Proven ability to achieve finance product penetration goals
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and closing abilities
High level of professionalism and ethical standards

Responsibilities

Manage vehicle financing and contract deals from start to finish
Present and sell F&I products including: Vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, Protection packages, Insurance and ancillary products
Structure deals and secure lender approvals
Build strong relationships with customers to create trust and transparency
Work closely with the Sales Department to finalize deals efficiently
Train and support Sales Consultants on financing options and compliance standards
Ensure accurate completion of all deal paperwork and documentation
Maintain compliance with California, federal, and lender regulations
Monitor key finance metrics including product penetration, gross profit, and CSI scores
