Finance and Insurance Administrator
About The Position
Camping World is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Admin to join their growing team. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring that all sales and financing documents and transactions are completed accurately, timely, and efficiently. The F&I Admin must also maintain the highest level of customer service before, during, and after the sale, always exceeding customer expectations. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with superior customer service skills, strong business acumen, sales aptitude, and is self-directed. The ability to hit the ground running or a strong motivation to learn is also desired.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products preferred
- Experience in the automobile industry is a plus
- Effective oral and written skills
- Good time management skills
- Professional dress, speech, and behavior
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
