About The Position

Arch’s internship program offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience in the insurance industry. It provides challenging learning experiences that serve as a foundation for interns to explore their career choices and to develop professional skills. Working alongside some of the most talented members of the specialty insurance industry, interns will gain relevant expertise in various aspects of the field, participate in learning activities and receive ongoing feedback.

Requirements

Actively completing bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related program.
Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
College level - current Sophomore, Junior, or Senior student, with graduation dates ranging from December 2027 – May 2029.
Microsoft Office, including Excel, experience strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Entrepreneurial spirit along with the desire to be a continuous learner.
Team player who collaborates effectively.
Self-starter who can work independently and deal effectively with multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with monthly and quarterly tasks of the consolidations and investments department.
Gain exposure to finance and investment accounting activities.
Assist team by performing tasks designed to gain an understanding of consolidation and investment accounting while providing research and information to the team.
Achieve results by setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and staying accountable to stakeholders.
Learn the ins and outs of our finance and accounting systems and processes.
