We believe a diverse and inclusive culture is one where everyone succeeds which is why we're committed to creating an environment where we all feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to achieve our full potential. Our Accounting and Finance Internship Program is designed to give college students real-world experience that will be invaluable upon graduation. While in the program, you'll complete a 10-week assignment on a finance or controllership team; you will receive customized training and mentorship as well as personal and professional development. Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to join our Finance and Accounting Development Program, a 2-year rotational program for new college graduates. As an intern, you will step into our JLL finance and controllership teams to produce best-in-class reporting for management and external stakeholders. Our interns support a variety of projects, such as preparation of our Forms 10-Q and 10-K, technical accounting and peer/industry research, planning and modeling, and decision-oriented analysis. Each of our interns is assigned to a finance or controllership team for the duration of the program, but there are ample opportunities via our program-wide panel discussions, lunch and learn sessions, etc. to get a glimpse into what other teams and their interns are doing. At the close of the program, all interns will prepare a summary of their contributions to JLL and present this summary to the full 2026 intern cohort, managers, and mentors.
