Westervelt Ecological Services (WES) specializes in the restoration and conservation of wetlands, streams, and habitats for listed species through the development of conservation and mitigation banks. These banks provide environmental mitigation and habitat services to landowners, businesses, government agencies, and land trusts throughout California, Colorado, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, and South Carolina. As an Accounting Intern, you'll help process invoices, prepare financial reports, and support project managers with financial data while learning the day-to-day operations of a busy accounting team. Every day offers the opportunity to strengthen your Excel, data entry, and accounting knowledge through meaningful, hands-on experience. This is a part-time role (15-20 hours per week) that will last through the current school year with potential to go to full time hours for the summer of 2027.
