Requirements

  • Advanced Vocational Training in Administration and Finance or a university degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, or similar
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles
  • English/Spanish B2
  • Office Suite (Advanced)
  • ERP Tools (SAP)
  • PowerBI

Responsibilities

  • Manage bank reconciliations, ensuring the correct identification and resolution of discrepancies between accounting and bank records.
  • Record and monitor customer and supplier invoices, ensuring their proper allocation to accounting accounts and compliance with payment or collection deadlines.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports, providing basic analysis of income, expenses, and balance sheets to facilitate decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flows and treasury operations, ensuring the availability of funds and anticipating liquidity needs.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of monthly and annual accounting closings, ensuring the correct accounting of income, expenses, amortizations, and provisions.
  • Review and ensure compliance with current tax and accounting regulations, collaborating in the preparation and filing of taxes under the supervision of the tax department.
  • Manage the archiving and control of financial documentation, ensuring that all documents are organized and accessible for internal and external audits.
  • Participate in the automation and improvement of financial processes, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating in the implementation of technological tools.
  • Conduct budget deviation analyses, supporting the development of corrective proposals to align with financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with the management control, tax, and audit departments, providing the necessary data and documents to ensure the integrity and efficiency of financial processes.
