About The Position

This role is part of the Global Quality Finance team within Global Operations and Supply Chain (GOSC). The team partners closely with quality leadership to provide financial analysis, reporting, and decision support. The primary focus of this role is to provide support to our regional quality leaders who are responsible for the quality function across the GOSC organization, including both our central quality function, as well as our manufacturing sites around the globe. This role will be focused on supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting, and will also serve as a key business partner on strategic decision making and investments. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
  • Strong financial, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience working with large datasets
  • Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate financial information to non‑finance stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring deliverables and ad‑hoc requests
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
  • The employee is also required to interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers.
  • Roles below the Principal level require candidates to possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing Finance
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, or capital processes

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing financial support for quality leaders who oversee regional quality outcomes across multiple manufacturing sites, including actual financial results, transactional support, and delivering financial guidance
  • Support month-end close activities, including preparation and analysis for the monthly financial review
  • Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecast cycles through detailed planning activities, variance analysis, and reporting
